The Advocacy Operations (AO) Associate role is part of the AO team that supports Amazon Flex – the network of independent delivery partners who bring packages to customers’ doorsteps. As an L2 associate based at the ADCI HYD 13 SEZ campus, you will be the frontline liaison between delivery partners and internal operations, ensuring that issues are captured, escalated, and resolved quickly. The position offers high visibility, allowing you to influence process improvements and gain deep insights into Amazon’s end‑to‑end delivery ecosystem. Key responsibilities include: 1. Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and manager instructions to deliver quality‑compliant work. 2. Respond to stakeholder queries within defined service level agreements (SLAs). 3.
