The Implementation Consultant role sits within the Customer Experience organization and is responsible for guiding new customers through a seamless onboarding journey across all Cision platforms. The consultant works closely with sales, product, and customer success teams to ensure that each client achieves rapid time‑to‑value and high satisfaction. This position is fully remote, allowing you to collaborate with a global team while serving Indian customers. Key Responsibilities: 1. Conduct customer discovery sessions to capture business objectives and desired outcomes. 2. Design and execute success plans, including detailed onboarding roadmaps. 3. Deliver in‑depth platform training and hands‑on configuration for new accounts. 4. Activate accounts, set up keywords, search parameters, and tailor platform settings. 5. Track and report on onboarding KPIs such as milestone achievement, response time, and customer satisfaction. 6. Translate customer goals into actionable Cision deliverables and adoption strategies. 7. Provide ongoing support throughout the onboarding phase, addressing queries and removing blockers. 8. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure smooth hand‑off from sales to implementation to post‑onboarding success. 9. Continuously update knowledge of Cision’s product suite to maintain credibility with clients. 10. Contribute feedback to product and process improvement initiatives. Tech Stack & Tools: Cision’s proprietary media intelligence platforms, Salesforce CRM, Customer Success software (e.g., Gainsight), Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and basic data‑visualisation tools.
