You will identify process gaps, build reporting dashboards, automate workflows, and serve as the first line of support for sales, enablement and marketing teams. The role demands a blend of analytical rigor, technical fluency with Salesforce and Zapier, and strong communication skills to translate data insights into actionable strategies. **Key Responsibilities** 1. Spot friction in existing sales processes, tools and integrations and propose AI‑driven improvements. 2. Design, develop and maintain Salesforce reports, dashboards and Zapier automations. 3. Create and own revenue‑focused reporting and visualisation in Tableau/Looker. 4. Support sales compensation calculations and payout verification. 5. Document SOPs, build a knowledge repository and train sales teams on tool usage. 6. Partner with Enablement, CSMs and Marketing to ensure alignment of operational initiatives. 7. Contribute to ad‑hoc business projects such as onboarding new product lines or acquisitions. 8. Prioritise multiple concurrent projects, delivering accurate outputs within tight timelines. 9. Collaborate with the Salesforce developer to maintain data hygiene and integration health. 10.
