It is a front‑line position that supports the end‑to‑end digital transformation of healthcare operations for global clients. The associate will work on membership‑based projects, handling application processing, renewals, cancellations and maintaining accurate member records. The role also involves coordinating documentation for global regulatory filings, managing electronic submissions such as CMC, ad‑promos, amendments, annual reports and SPL submissions. The position is designed for fresh graduates (0‑1 year experience) who are eager to learn regulatory processes, develop analytical acumen and contribute to high‑value client engagements. Key responsibilities: 1. Process membership applications, renewals and cancellations while ensuring data integrity. 2. Maintain and update member databases, generating regular reports for internal stakeholders. 3. Coordinate the collection, verification and filing of documentation required for global regulatory submissions. 4. Manage electronic submissions across the product lifecycle, including CMC, ad‑promos, amendments and annual reports. 5. Liaise with cross‑functional teams to resolve routine queries and ensure timely delivery of deliverables. 6. Support the preparation of communication materials that convey membership benefits and regulatory updates. 7. Participate in shift‑based operations, ensuring 24x7 coverage as required. 8.
