Reporting to the Operations Manager, the associate will get hands‑on exposure to end‑to‑end shipment handling, documentation, and stakeholder coordination. The role is fully remote, allowing candidates from any part of India to work from home while collaborating with transport partners, warehouses and internal production teams. Key responsibilities include: 1. Coordinating with transporters, warehouses and production units to schedule pickups and deliveries. 2. Tracking shipments in real time and updating status sheets in Microsoft Excel. 3. Following up with logistics partners on delayed or pending consignments. 4. Maintaining shipping records, invoices, e‑way bills, delivery challans and other essential documents. 5.
