Analyze existing operational processes to identify inefficiencies, gaps, and improvement opportunities. 2. Gather and document business requirements, functional specifications, and use cases. 3. Conduct data analysis and performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of solutions. 5. Prepare comprehensive reports, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders. 6. Facilitate workshops, meetings, and training sessions for end users. 9. Ensure compliance with internal controls, risk management, and data security policies. 10. Tech Stack & Tools: The role typically involves working with Microsoft Office Suite, Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables), PowerPoint, Visio, and business intelligence tools such as Power BI or Tableau. Familiarity with process modeling tools (ARIS, Bizagi) and basic SQL for data extraction is a plus.
