Classify content into categories such as Adult, Sexual, Abusive, Hate, Derogatory, Illegal Acts, Violence, Death, and Tragedy. 3. Take appropriate actions – approve, flag, or remove – based on policy directives. 4. Maintain accurate logs and documentation for each case handled. 5. Meet daily case resolution targets while ensuring high quality and low false‑positive rates. 6. Participate in regular wellness and skill‑upgradation activities organized by the company. 7. Follow updated SOPs and contribute feedback for policy enhancements. 8. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (legal, product, engineering) to address complex moderation scenarios. 9. Provide timely escalation of ambiguous or high‑risk content to senior moderators. 10. Uphold a customer‑centric mindset, ensuring decisions align with user safety and platform trust. **Tech Stack & Tools:** Familiarity with content management systems, moderation dashboards, basic spreadsheet tools, and internet research utilities. Knowledge of AI‑assisted moderation platforms is a plus. **Growth Path:** Starting as an Associate Moderator, high performers can progress to Senior Moderator, Team Lead, and eventually to roles in Quality Assurance, Policy Management, or Operations Management.
