Qualification: Anything above 12th is acceptable, but a graduate degree is preferred. Knowledge of agriculture practices, especially AWD is preferred. Language Requirements: Must be a local candidate who can fluently speak and understand the local district/state language. Proficiency in Telugu is preferable.

The Telecaller role is focused on effective communication with farmers, data validation, and agricultural practices in a remote setup. The key responsibilities of the role include: - Talk to farmers over call based on the provided SOP. - Access and review project dashboards to validate photographs and videos submitted by field staff against defined project requirements. - Verify the accuracy, completeness, and relevance of photographic evidence captured in the field. - Identify and flag discrepancies, errors, or missing data in submitted records. - Maintain a log of validation findings and ensure timely communication of issues to the respective field teams. - Share daily updates on identified issues and required corrective actions via email. - Coordinate with field teams to ensure prompt resolution and resubmission of corrected evidence. - Support continuous improvement of data validation and reporting processes.
