Key Responsibilities: * Work on software implementation, application support, and basic web application development for client-facing systems. * Understand client business requirements and translate them into product configurations, workflows, and technical implementation solutions. * Apply fundamentals of data structures, algorithms, and problem-solving to troubleshoot and optimize application behavior. * Develop, customize, and support features using Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, and SQL. * Work with web technologies such as React.js, Node.js, or FastAPI to support modern web applications. * Integrate systems using REST APIs and manage data flow across RDBMS and NoSQL databases. * Assist in deploying, configuring, and supporting applications on cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP. * Troubleshoot implementation and production issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal impact to clients. * Support client onboarding, training, and system integrations in a client-facing technical role. * Follow security and data protection best practices while handling application data and configurations.
