Basic Qualifications: * Knowledge of Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, and Excel * Bachelor's degree, or 1+ years of work experience * Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English language. Ability to communicate correctly and understand the issues. * Ability to concentrate – follow up on issues without distraction to resolution. An Investigation Representative at ROW IB is responsible for the flow of information between different stakeholders and resolves the issues created by sellers accurately in a timely manner. Key job responsibilities include: * Providing timely resolution to the issue in hand by researching, querying internal tools, and taking real-time decisions. * Understanding the requirements and analyzing data to notice trends and drive seller experience without compromising on time. * Having a basic understanding of inbounding and communicating clearly in English in the written and verbal form. * Conducting assigned investigations in a timely manner within an ambiguous environment using data analysis and other tools. * Facilitating the flow of information, reporting progress, and identifying blockers and providing resolutions. * Insisting on high standards by effective deep dives to summarize findings and proposing solutions by identifying gaps and risks in current mechanisms. * Working successfully in a team environment as well as independently. * Concentrating on issues without distraction to resolution.
