The role of Associate Collection Specialist is a key entry‑level position within the Finance & Accounting vertical. As an Associate, you will be responsible for managing delinquent accounts, ensuring timely collection of payments, and maintaining strong relationships with customers. You will work closely with internal teams such as Sales, Billing, and Operations to resolve billing issues and streamline the collections process.
