The role of Associate Collection Specialist is a key entry‑level position within the Finance & Accounting vertical. As an Associate, you will be responsible for managing delinquent accounts, ensuring timely collection of payments, and maintaining strong relationships with customers. You will work closely with internal teams such as Sales, Billing, and Operations to resolve billing issues and streamline the collections process. This position offers exposure to international voice processes, giving you a chance to develop communication skills in a global context.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Review daily ageing reports and identify high‑risk accounts.
2. Conduct outbound and inbound collection calls in a professional manner, following up on payment arrangements.
3. Record customer payments, reconcile accounts, and ensure accurate posting of transactions.
4. Monitor payment activity and flag non‑payment or delayed responses for escalation.
5. Provide customer service by issuing statements, processing refunds, and handling account adjustments.
