The Learning Operations New Associate role sits at the heart of Accenture's Talent Development ecosystem. As a fresh graduate, you will support the planning, coordination, and delivery of learning programs that upskill employees and enable them to meet evolving business demands. The position blends administrative precision with analytical insight, ensuring that training initiatives are executed flawlessly, data‑driven, and aligned with strategic objectives. You will act as a liaison between trainers, internal stakeholders, and external vendors, managing logistics, LMS administration, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Coordinate with trainers, instructors, and external vendors to secure timely delivery of training sessions.
2. Book and manage training venues, facilities, and required equipment.
3. Administer the organization’s Learning Management System (LMS) – course setup, user enrollment, and tracking of completion.
4. Generate, analyze, and present reports on training metrics, completion rates, and participant feedback.
5. Troubleshoot LMS technical issues and provide first‑line support.
6. Respond to scheduling mailbox queries within defined SLAs and maintain clear communication.
7. Arrange and confirm class schedules with vendors, facility owners, and external instructors.
8. Serve as the primary point of contact for training‑related inquiries from employees, managers, and partners.
9. Communicate schedule changes and updates promptly to all stakeholders.
10. Escalate risks or issues to Delivery Services Management, Capability Management, or the Scheduling Team Lead and contribute to process‑improvement initiatives.
Tech Stack & Tools: LMS platforms (e.g., Cornerstone, SuccessFactors), MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneNote), email and ticketing systems, basic troubleshooting of web‑based learning tools.
Growth Path: Starting as an Associate, high performers can progress to Learning Operations Analyst, Learning Operations Manager, and eventually senior leadership roles within Talent Development or broader HR functions.
