2. Utilize billing software and internal tools to move cases toward payment, corrected submissions, appeals, or adjustments.
3. Log call outcomes and analysis clearly in the billing system, maintaining data integrity.
4. Report denial trends, claim submission errors, and credentialing issues to the reporting manager.
5. Meet daily and weekly Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for call volume, resolution time, and quality metrics.
6. Follow all process policies and procedures, staying updated on any changes.
7. Participate in regular feedback sessions and implement improvement suggestions.
8. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams such as finance, compliance, and IT to resolve complex billing roadblocks.
9. Maintain a professional tone and empathy while handling sensitive patient or client information.
10. Contribute to knowledge‑base articles and process documentation for future reference.
