The HR Service Delivery New Associate role is an entry‑level position within Accenture’s Human Resources Operations wing. **Key Responsibilities**
1. Respond to employee queries related to benefits, payroll, and HR policies using established SOPs.

4. Resolve routine HR issues by referencing precedent cases and guidelines.
5. Update and maintain HRIS data with high accuracy and confidentiality.
6. Support the preparation of HR reports and dashboards for senior leadership.
7. Participate in shift rotations to provide continuous HR support across time zones.
8. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve service delivery processes.
9. Escalate complex cases to senior HR analysts as per escalation matrix.
10. Contribute ideas for process automation and efficiency improvements.
