The role of Trainee Process Associate – AR Caller is designed for recent graduates who possess strong analytical abilities and can comfortably work night shifts. As a front‑line voice operator, you will engage with healthcare providers, insurers, and patients to resolve accounts receivable (AR) issues, ensure timely payments, and maintain accurate billing records. The position offers a structured learning path, starting with classroom training, followed by on‑the‑job coaching, and opportunities to move into senior analyst or team lead roles within the revenue cycle management (RCM) vertical.
**Key Responsibilities**
1. Analyse outstanding AR items and initiate corrective actions through phone calls and email communication.
2. Utilize multiple tools (billing software, CRM, and analytics dashboards) to achieve payment, claim correction, or case escalation.
3. Document call outcomes and analysis details clearly in the billing system.
4. Identify and report trends such as denial patterns, credentialing gaps, and submission errors to the reporting manager.
5. Meet or exceed defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for call handling time, resolution rate, and quality scores.
6. Follow established policies and procedures (P&P) and stay updated with any changes.
7. Participate in regular feedback sessions and implement improvement suggestions.
8. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams like finance, credentialing, and IT to resolve complex cases.
9. Maintain adherence to night‑shift schedules and ensure punctuality for two‑way cab transport.
10. Contribute to knowledge‑base articles and process documentation for future reference.
**Tech Stack & Tools**: Billing Management System, Salesforce CRM, Microsoft Excel, PowerBI dashboards, internal knowledge‑base portal, and Versant language assessment platform.
