Remain flexible to work on multiple programs as business needs evolve. Tech Stack & Tools: The role primarily uses Amazon’s proprietary logistics platforms, Microsoft Office suite, SQL for basic data queries, and internal ticketing and workflow management systems. Familiarity with data visualization tools and basic scripting can be advantageous.
