The Associate role is an entry‑level position within Sutherland’s Vendor Management and Customer Support verticals. The incumbent will act as the first point of contact for both customers and vendors, resolving queries, escalating issues when required and maintaining a professional demeanor at all times. Key responsibilities include:
1. Respond to customer issues, questions and concerns with clear, professional communication.

5. Demonstrate excellent time‑management and work independently using departmental resources.

7. Meet performance metrics such as quality, productivity, first‑contact resolution and attendance.
8. Use logical reasoning and data interpretation to identify trends and suggest improvements.
9. Liaise with Customer Service, Merchant Investigations, Payments and other departments to resolve seller issues.
10. Participate in rotational shifts, covering both day and night schedules.
