4. Containerise micro‑services using Kubernetes and manage messaging queues.
5. Enforce coding standards and conduct peer code reviews to maintain high quality.
6. Integrate work items and track progress through Microsoft ADO.
7. Participate in risk assessment activities and embed controls to mitigate development‑phase risks.
8. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, suggesting enhancements to the development lifecycle.
9. Document technical designs, APIs, and deployment procedures for knowledge sharing.
10. Support production incidents and provide timely fixes as part of the on‑call rotation.
