Working closely with functional heads, the analyst will design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards, scorecards, and regular MIS reports that reflect key performance indicators (KPIs) and business health. Key Responsibilities: 1. Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards, KPI scorecards, and visual reports for multiple business domains. 2. Extract, clean, and model data from heterogeneous sources such as SQL databases, Excel sheets, and cloud services. 3. Create standardized daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports ensuring accuracy and timely delivery. 4. Perform deep‑dive analysis of KPIs, identify trends, and translate findings into simple, actionable recommendations. 5. Implement DAX calculations, Power Query transformations, and advanced Excel functions (including VBA where needed) to enrich data models. 6. Apply row‑level security and follow best practices in data modeling to maintain data integrity and confidentiality. 7. Collaborate with business stakeholders to capture reporting requirements, validate deliverables, and iterate based on feedback. 8. Provide support and troubleshooting for existing reports, ensuring minimal downtime. 9. Identify automation opportunities within reporting processes and propose enhancements to improve efficiency. 10. Document reporting processes, data lineage, and maintain a knowledge repository for future reference. Tech Stack: Power BI (DAX, Power Query), Advanced Excel (PivotTables, VBA), SQL, Relational Databases, ETL concepts, Microsoft Teams/SharePoint for collaboration, and basic understanding of cloud data services (Azure Data Lake, etc.).
