This platform is AI‑first, using autonomous agents, Model Context Protocol (MCP) integrations and event‑driven hooks to automate every phase of software delivery—from requirements gathering to deployment gating. As an AI Platform Engineer you will extend and harden this platform, creating new agent capabilities, designing retrieval‑augmented generation (RAG) pipelines, and building governance guardrails that keep the system reliable, secure and compliant. **Key Responsibilities** 1. Design and implement multi‑step AI agents that orchestrate SDLC workflows (fetch → generate → execute → validate → sync). 2. Build RAG pipelines that ingest architecture documents, coding standards and Rally artifacts to provide grounded context for LLMs. 3. Develop MCP servers and integrate enterprise tools such as Rally, Playwright, Git, Confluence and Azure DevOps. 4. Author steering files (persona, governance, lifecycle) that enforce formal rules on agent behaviour. 5. Create self‑healing and auto‑remediation mechanisms with bounded autonomy and human escalation paths. 6. Design state‑machine models for artifact lifecycles (requirements → design → code → test → deploy). 7. Implement event‑driven hooks for CI/CD pipelines, nightly runs and release gating. 8. Write property‑based tests using fast‑check to formally verify system correctness. 9. Package and deploy agent infrastructure using Docker, Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) and manage credentials securely. 10.
