The Team Coordinator role is a hybrid position that blends technical depth with people leadership. Reporting to the Delivery Manager, the Coordinator will mentor a group of consultants, act as the primary technical escalation point, and ensure that service level agreements (SLAs) and operational level agreements (OLAs) are consistently met. This role is pivotal for translating complex business requirements into actionable technical solutions while fostering a high‑performance, inclusive team culture.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct regular 1‑on‑1 mentorship sessions to guide career growth and resolve technical challenges.
2. Co‑create personalized development plans and track progress against milestones.
3. Identify high‑potential talent and champion promotions within the organization.
4. Deliver constructive performance feedback and drive continuous improvement.
5. Champion EGTL’s core values, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
6. Lead change initiatives, especially around AI‑driven tools and process automation.
7. Provide hands‑on technical guidance for complex project scenarios and act as the go‑to SME for business applications.
8. Negotiate, monitor, and enforce SLAs/OLAs and underpinning contracts to ensure service quality.
9. Manage major escalations globally, communicating status and resolutions to stakeholders.
10. Analyze performance metrics, generate reports, and recommend service enhancements.
Tech Stack & Tools: ITIL‑based Service Management platforms (ServiceNow, BMC Remedy), cloud environments (AWS, Azure), scripting (Python, PowerShell), monitoring tools (Splunk, Grafana), and collaboration suites (Jira, Confluence).
Growth Path: Successful coordinators can progress to Senior Team Lead, Delivery Manager, and eventually to Program Director, overseeing multi‑disciplinary portfolios and influencing strategic decisions.
