As an intern, you will act as the bridge between customers, field operations, and carrier partners, handling real‑time communications via phone, email and SMS. You will monitor delivery routes, troubleshoot exceptions, and ensure that customers receive timely updates on their shipments. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage inbound and outbound communications with customers, carriers, and internal stakeholders through phone, email, and SMS. 2. Troubleshoot delivery issues such as address mismatches, customer availability, route constraints, and go‑backs, coordinating with field and carrier teams. 4.
