The Executive Traineeship – R&D is a 12‑month structured program designed exclusively for recent graduates in Mechanical, Automobile, Production, Mechatronics, or Manufacturing Engineering. Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist senior R&D engineers in design validation and prototype testing.

3. Participate in GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing) reviews and tolerance stack‑up analysis.
4. Support material selection and cost‑optimization studies.
5. Contribute to CAE simulations using tools such as ANSYS or Abaqus.
6. Prepare detailed test reports, data sheets, and documentation for regulatory compliance.
7. Collaborate with manufacturing teams to translate designs into production‑ready specifications.
8. Engage in cross‑functional brainstorming sessions for next‑generation mobility concepts.
9. Track project timelines, deliverables, and maintain project logs.
10. Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership.
Tech Stack: SolidWorks, CATIA, Creo, ANSYS, MATLAB/Simulink, Python for data analysis, and basic knowledge of PLCs for automation testing.
Growth Path: Trainees progress to Junior Engineer, then to Engineer, Senior Engineer, and potentially to Lead R&D roles within 3‑5 years, depending on performance.
