As a Level‑1 support engineer, you will be the first point of contact for both external B2B clients and internal users, diagnosing and resolving a wide array of technical issues. Your day‑to‑day activities will involve troubleshooting operating systems, email platforms, networking connectivity, cloud services, and collaboration tools while ensuring adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and maintaining high customer satisfaction scores. Key Responsibilities: 1. Provide Level‑1 support for hardware, software, and managed services as per client contracts. 2. Diagnose and resolve issues related to Windows, macOS, O365, Outlook/Exchange, Lotus, VPN, and network connectivity. 3. Escalate complex problems to higher‑tier teams while acting as the client’s advocate. 6. Monitor and communicate service outage status to stakeholders. 7. Keep software license and hardware inventory records up‑to‑date. 8. Meet or exceed defined SLAs, SLOs, and KPIs with a focus on customer delight. 9. Participate in on‑the‑job training, certification programs, and knowledge‑sharing sessions. 10. Contribute to process improvement initiatives and documentation. Tech Stack: Windows 10/11, macOS, Microsoft 365, VMware vSphere, Cisco Nexus & IOS, F5 ASM/LTM, VPN technologies, networking fundamentals, ticketing platforms (ServiceNow, Remedy), and collaboration suites (Teams, Webex, Slack).
