The FP&A Associate Analyst role is an entry‑level position designed for recent graduates who are passionate about finance, data analysis, and business operations. Reporting to the FP&A Manager, the analyst will support the financial planning and analysis team by consolidating large data sets, preparing recurring management reports, and assisting in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. Consolidate financial and operational data from multiple systems to feed monthly, quarterly and annual reporting cycles. 2. Prepare recurring dashboards, variance analysis reports and ad‑hoc management presentations for senior stakeholders. 3. Maintain and validate underlying data sets used for budgeting, forecasting and strategic modelling. 4. Ensure data accuracy, consistency and completeness across all reporting outputs. 5. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather inputs and address ad‑hoc reporting requests. 6. Update and enhance reporting templates, trackers and financial models on a continuous basis. 7. Perform data reconciliation, investigate discrepancies and propose corrective actions. 8. Contribute to process‑improvement initiatives, including automation of repetitive reporting tasks. 9. Provide day‑to‑day analytical support to the FP&A team, helping drive data‑informed decision making. 10. Assist in the preparation of presentations for board meetings and executive reviews. Tech Stack & Tools: Advanced Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Power Query), basic knowledge of Power BI or Tableau for visualisation, exposure to ERP/ERP‑like systems, and familiarity with SQL or data‑manipulation scripts is a plus. Growth Path: Starting as an Associate Analyst, high performers can progress to Senior Analyst, FP&A Manager and eventually to Finance Business Partner or Director roles, with opportunities to rotate across Zeta’s global finance hubs.
