As a junior analyst, you will be responsible for continuously monitoring security alerts, performing initial triage, and escalating incidents that require deeper investigation. You will work primarily on the ReliaQuest GreyMatter MDR platform, with supplemental tools such as Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, Microsoft Sentinel, Zscaler, Netskope, Mimecast, and ServiceNow. Gain familiarity with Zscaler and Netskope web‑security platforms, providing initial context for higher‑level investigations. 7. Manage ServiceNow tickets in the InfoSec queue, adhering to SLA targets and maintaining clear documentation. 8. Conduct first‑line phishing triage using Mimecast or Abnormal.ai, supporting quarantine and release workflows. 9. Contribute to shift hand‑off quality by documenting open items and ensuring smooth knowledge transfer. 10.
