The role also involves creating formal reports, executing function‑specific reports, and following incident/regulatory breach procedures with rigor. Key responsibilities include: 1. Processing transactions accurately and on time. 2. Preparing and submitting daily checklists. 3. Resolving issues and escalating complex problems. 4. Tracking SLA/KRA trends and collaborating with supervisors. 5. Identifying and resolving problems within guidelines. 6. Working independently and as part of a team. 7. Running and creating formal reports. 8. Executing function‑specific reports. 9. Following incident and regulatory breach reporting procedures. 10.
