This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain exposure across various HR functions including recruitment, employee onboarding, employee engagement, HR operations and HR analytics. The HR Generalist will be responsible for coordinating pre-joining and onboarding activities, facilitating employee induction and orientation programs, ensuring completion of joining documentation and compliance requirements, supporting employee exit formalities and documentation, maintaining employee records and HR databases with accuracy, generating HR reports and dashboards as required, assisting in leave, attendance, and employee data management, supporting HR policy communication and implementation, assisting in planning and executing employee engagement initiatives, supporting wellness, recognition, and cultural programs, coordinating employee communication activities and events, ensuring employee files and records are maintained as per company policies, supporting statutory compliance documentation and audits, preparing HR letters, employment contracts, and other employee-related documents. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, good understanding of recruitment and HR processes, proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, strong organizational and coordination abilities, ability to handle confidential information with professionalism, experience working with HRMS tools is preferred, positive attitude and willingness to learn, team player with excellent stakeholder management skills, self-motivated and proactive approach to work.
