Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring timely feedback. 4. Draft and send personalized communication (emails, messages) that reflect CynLr’s brand voice. 5. Maintain and update candidate data in the ATS, ensuring accuracy and compliance. 6. Assist in creating and posting job advertisements on various platforms. 7. Provide candidates with detailed information about the company’s culture, benefits, and growth opportunities. 8. Gather and analyze candidate feedback to continuously improve the recruitment experience. 9. Support the HR team in organizing campus drives and virtual hiring events. 10. Track recruitment metrics and prepare regular reports for senior leadership. Tech Stack & Tools: The role primarily leverages HR tech tools such as Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever), video interview platforms, and standard office productivity suites (MS Office, Google Workspace). Familiarity with basic data analysis tools (Excel, Google Sheets) is beneficial. Growth Path: Starting as a TA Associate, high performers can progress to Senior TA Executive, Talent Acquisition Lead, or broader HR Business Partner roles, gaining exposure to strategic workforce planning and employer branding initiatives.
