Contribute to succession planning and talent pipeline development for department managers and sales advisors. 10. Analyse people metrics (headcount, turnover, training data) and prepare KPI reports for business leaders. The tech stack for this role typically includes HRIS platforms (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors), applicant tracking systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and data visualisation tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
