The role of Associate Software Engineer – Platform Infrastructure Engineer – is part of the Platform Infrastructure Operations team in Gurugram. You will own the health, reliability and performance of large‑scale Kubernetes clusters that power Anaplan’s SaaS offering. The position is hands‑on, requiring you to perform routine upgrades, patching, incident response, security remediation and automation. You will collaborate closely with development teams, providing Kubernetes expertise and building observability dashboards to improve mean‑time‑to‑detect (MTTD) and mean‑time‑to‑recover (MTTR). **Key Responsibilities** 1. Perform regular maintenance, version upgrades and security patching of Kubernetes clusters and in‑cluster services. 2. Participate in on‑call rotations, troubleshoot production incidents, and drive root‑cause analysis. 3. Implement security hardening measures and remediate vulnerabilities promptly. 4. Automate repetitive operational tasks using scripting (Python/Bash) and IaC tools like Terraform. 5. Design, develop and maintain Grafana dashboards and Prometheus alerts for system health monitoring. 6. Support developer teams with Kubernetes‑related queries, CI/CD pipeline integrations, and service deployments. 7. Manage ingress controllers, Cert‑Manager and other in‑cluster components ensuring high availability. 8. Contribute to documentation, runbooks and knowledge‑base articles for operational procedures. 9. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to drive reliability engineering best practices. 10.
