Reporting to the Sales Talent & Culture Business Partner, the trainee will work closely with North America‑based HR Business Partners, front‑line leaders and Centres of Excellence to drive talent initiatives that directly influence revenue performance and organisational effectiveness. This position offers hands‑on exposure to workforce analytics, AI‑enabled reporting and the end‑to‑end talent lifecycle within a fast‑paced SaaS environment. Key Responsibilities: 1. Design, build and maintain interactive dashboards (PowerBI/Tableau) that surface hiring, attrition, performance and engagement trends. 2. Analyse workforce data to generate actionable insights for senior leadership and business partners. 3. Partner with HR Business Partners and COEs to execute core talent programs such as performance management, talent reviews and workforce planning. 4. Automate repetitive reporting tasks using Excel macros, Python scripts or AI‑based tools. 5. Standardise reporting templates and processes to improve scalability across regions. 6. Support the rollout of new HR initiatives by preparing communication decks, email reminders and tracking adoption metrics. 7. Explore emerging AI and analytics tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Power Automate) to enhance HR service delivery. 8. Contribute to continuous‑improvement projects that modernise HR operations. 9. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information and ensure compliance with data‑privacy policies. 10. Participate in cross‑functional meetings to align talent strategy with business objectives. Tech Stack & Tools: Excel (advanced), PowerBI/Tableau, Workday (HRIS), Python (basic scripting), AI automation platforms (Power Automate, ChatGPT), SQL for data extraction.
