As a key member of the IDC Planning & Operations team, you will transform complex business and operational data into actionable insights that guide leadership decisions on investments, resource allocation, and program execution. Your work will directly influence how the organization scales its product engineering capabilities, optimizes headcount, and manages spend across multiple business units. Key responsibilities include: 1. Building and maintaining executive dashboards, scorecards, and operational MIS using Power BI and Excel. 2. Developing KPI frameworks and performance tracking mechanisms for organizational and program effectiveness. 3. Monitoring actual versus plan performance across headcount, operating expenses, project investments, and organizational goals. 4. Conducting trend analysis, variance analysis, and root cause investigations to identify opportunities and risks. 5. Generating actionable insights that support leadership decision‑making. 6. Supporting monthly, quarterly, and annual business reviews through analytics and reporting. 7. Assisting spend planning and forecasting activities, and analyzing actual versus planned headcount, spend, and operational metrics. 8. Tracking hiring progress, onboarding metrics, workforce capacity, utilization, and resource mix. 9. Preparing business review presentations and consolidating metrics across engineering, finance, and operations teams. 10. Identifying opportunities to automate reporting and operational processes, improving data quality and reporting efficiency. The tech stack revolves around advanced Excel, Power BI, Power Query, Power Automate, SQL, and JIRA. You will collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders, including finance, engineering, and HR, to ensure data integrity and alignment with business objectives.
