The Junior Fleet Performance Analyst role is an entry‑level, data‑centric position based in Mumbai. Reporting to the Manager – Fleet Performance, the analyst forms the first line of defense for data quality across the fleet’s reporting ecosystem. The role focuses on daily triage of voyage data, correction of simple errors, and ensuring that critical regulatory data (IMO DCS, EU/UK MRV, EU ETS) is captured accurately before it moves to Tier‑2 and Tier‑3 analytical teams. Key Responsibilities: 1. Execute daily validation checks on fuel, bunker delivery notes, proof of sustainability and cargo data within the Bluetracker platform. 2. Identify missing, corrupted or anomalous entries in vessel logs and perform routine correction workflows. 3. Resolve straightforward data validation flags and ensure baseline reporting standards are met. 4. Serve as the first point of contact for ship‑board personnel, sending reminders and clarifications for daily submissions. 5. Assist the Fleet Management team with data extractions, basic reporting queries and entry‑level tracking. 6. Verify regulatory data entry for IMO DCS, EU/UK MRV and EU ETS on a daily basis. 7. Maintain the fuel consumption baseline database and asset management lists. 8. Support documentation activities – updating user manuals, FAQs and data‑field guides. 9. Participate in onboarding of new data‑quality tools under Tier‑2 guidance. 10. Contribute ideas for process improvement and automation of data‑quality checks. Tech Stack & Tools: Advanced Excel, Bluetracker reporting platform, basic SQL for data pulls, Power BI for visualisation, and emerging data‑quality automation tools.
