The analyst will partner with risk‑reporting teams, stress‑testing, IFRS‑9 and credit‑risk modelling groups to turn raw data into actionable insights. Key Responsibilities: 1. Establish and monitor BAU controls for data quality within GBS. 2. Collaborate with partner teams to design next‑generation data products and analytics solutions. 3. Analyse problem statements and propose data‑driven solutions, building prototypes and gathering stakeholder feedback. 4. Conduct rigorous validation and data‑quality checks before delivery. 5. Work with senior stakeholders across risk, audit, and technology to address strategic risk‑management needs. 6. Lead the migration of proof‑of‑concept projects into production environments. 7. Champion the bank’s culture and values, acting as a role model for ethical conduct. 8. Identify, assess and mitigate data‑quality risks in line with Group BCBS‑239 standards. 9. Provide timely, high‑quality responses to internal and external queries. 10. Ensure compliance with regulatory and business conduct standards. Tech Stack: SQL, Python, SAS, Excel Automation, Tableau, data‑modeling tools, and exposure to machine‑learning libraries. Growth Path: Successful analysts can progress to senior analyst, data‑product manager, or risk‑analytics specialist roles, eventually moving into leadership positions within Enterprise Risk Analytics or the broader Data & Analytics community.
