**Key Responsibilities**
1. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.
2. Extract, clean, and transform data from multiple sources using SQL and Python.
3. Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI to visualize key metrics.
4. Perform exploratory data analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and anomalies.
5. Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with security standards.
6. Document analytical processes, data dictionaries, and visualisation guidelines.
7. Support senior analysts and managers in preparing client‑facing presentations.
8. Participate in data governance initiatives and suggest improvements to data pipelines.

10. Contribute to continuous improvement of the analytics framework and automation scripts.
**Tech Stack**: Power BI, SQL (MySQL/SQL Server), Python (pandas, numpy, matplotlib/seaborn), Excel, Git for version control, and basic knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) is advantageous.
