As a fresh graduate, you will be the first line of defence for the 24x7 operational health of Deloitte’s cloud services. You will monitor dashboards, triage alerts, follow standard operating procedures, and ensure that service level agreements (SLAs) are met. Coordinate with internal infrastructure, networking and application teams to resolve incidents within SLA timelines. 5. Maintain accurate incident records, status updates and post‑incident reports. 6. Prepare and circulate daily/weekly operational performance reports for management review. 7. Participate in shift hand‑overs ensuring seamless continuity of support. 8. Escalate critical incidents promptly following the escalation matrix. 9. Contribute to knowledge‑base articles and SOP enhancements. 10. Provide 24x7 rotational shift support from the office, adhering to shift schedules. Tech Stack & Tools: ServiceNow, Splunk/ELK, Grafana, Nagios, Azure/AWS monitoring consoles, basic scripting (Shell/Python), ITIL/ITSM concepts.
