Key Responsibilities:
1. Respond to service desk tickets, diagnose issues, and provide timely resolutions.

3. Document incident details, resolutions, and knowledge‑base articles for future reference.
4. Participate in periodic system health checks and preventive maintenance activities.
5. Assist in the onboarding and offboarding of user accounts and access permissions.

7. Monitor service level agreements (SLAs) and ensure compliance.
8. Contribute ideas for process improvements and automation of repetitive tasks.

10. Uphold data security and privacy standards in all daily operations.
