You will work with a variety of Microsoft Office tools, SharePoint, and internal workflow systems while adhering to Deloitte’s brand guidelines. Key responsibilities include: 1. Produce accurate administrative deliverables and manage assignments under tight deadlines. 2. Document project activities in workflow tools while maintaining Deloitte brand standards. 3. Draft, format, and edit correspondence, presentations, and other business documents. 4. Coordinate with national and local teams to support stakeholder requests across all seniority levels. 5. Provide administrative support for time‑and‑expense filing, request for payment, Swift, and SharePoint activities. 6. Maintain and update shared drives, calendars, and filing systems. 7. Track and follow up on pending approvals and escalations. 8. Assist in preparing meeting minutes, action items, and status reports. 9. Conduct basic internet or intranet research to gather information for business requests. 10. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the service centre.
