The role of Technology Analyst – Workday Integration sits within the Employee Digital Services (DMH) team, which is responsible for delivering seamless HR technology solutions across the organisation. As a Workday Integration Analyst, you will act as a product developer for the HR Integration Team, designing, building, testing, and maintaining inbound and outbound data flows between Workday and other enterprise systems. You will be the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring that integration solutions meet business requirements, are robust, and adhere to architectural standards. The position operates on a Europe shift (13:00‑22:00 IST) on a rotational basis, providing exposure to global HR processes. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage end‑to‑end integration backlog, from concept through delivery and post‑deployment support. 2. Design, develop, and operate technical integration flows using Workday EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Studio, SOAP/REST APIs, and custom XSLT/JSON transformations. 3. Perform root‑cause analysis for integration failures, implement corrective actions, and maintain incident logs. 4. Conduct impact analysis for system upgrades and new feature releases, ensuring compliance with the integration strategy. 5. Monitor daily integration jobs, resolve exceptions, and support large‑scale campaign executions. 6. Execute non‑regression testing and support user acceptance testing for new integrations. 7. Ensure architectural compliance and follow guidance from the Tech Lead on micro‑services and security standards. 8. Produce and maintain comprehensive technical and operational documentation. 9. Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders, including HR, payroll, and European partners, to drive continuous improvement. Tech Stack: Workday Integration tools (EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Studio), SOAP/REST APIs, XML, XSLT, JSON, micro‑services architecture, Workday Security Model, HR modules (HCM, Recruiting, Time Off/LOA), Agile methodology, basic scripting for automation. Growth Path: Successful analysts can progress to Senior Workday Integration Analyst, then to Integration Lead, followed by Manager – HR Digital Services, and eventually to Architecture or Programme Management roles within Airbus’s global digital transformation portfolio.
