As a Services Support Associate II, you will be the backbone of the service centre, ensuring that partners, principals, managing directors and senior managers receive timely, accurate and professional support. The position demands strong Microsoft Office skills, the ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment, and the flexibility to work rotational shifts covering early morning, evening and night windows. Key responsibilities include: 1. Produce accurate administrative deliverables such as letters, presentations and reports. 2. Document project activities in workflow tools while maintaining Deloitte branding standards. 3. Draft, format and edit business correspondence, presentations and other documents. 4. Coordinate with national and local teams to fulfil stakeholder requests across hierarchy levels. 5. Provide end‑to‑end support for time‑and‑expense filings, request‑for‑payment processing, Swift and SharePoint activities. 6. Maintain and update shared drives, trackers and knowledge repositories. 7. Liaise with finance and procurement teams to ensure smooth payment cycles. 8. Assist in onboarding and off‑boarding administrative processes for internal staff. 9. Conduct internet/intranet research to gather data for ad‑hoc business requests. 10. Contribute to continuous‑improvement initiatives within the service centre. Tech stack: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint, SAP, Swift, internal workflow platforms. Growth path: Starting as an Associate, high performers can progress to Senior Associate, Team Lead, and eventually Manager within the Administrative Business Center or transition into broader consulting or finance roles across Deloitte’s service lines.
