Key responsibilities include: 1. Supporting the complete project lifecycle – planning, requirement analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and post‑implementation support. 2. Preparing and managing Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS), process flows, and use‑case diagrams. 4. Mapping and documenting end‑to‑end business processes to ensure standardisation, efficiency, and interoperability. 5. Coordinating with technical teams on system architecture, API‑driven integrations, and micro‑services based solutions. 6. Ensuring compliance with Government of India guidelines such as GIGW 3.0, WCAG 2.1, CERT‑In, and MeitY standards. 7. Collaborating with UI/UX designers to create user‑friendly, accessible interfaces. 8. Facilitating User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by preparing test cases, validation checklists, and capturing stakeholder feedback. 9. Preparing project status dashboards, KPI monitoring frameworks, and regular governance reports. 10. Assisting in capacity‑building activities, training documentation, and SOP preparation for end‑user adoption. Tech Stack & Tools: The role will involve working with requirement‑management tools (Jira, Confluence), diagramming software (Visio, Lucidchart), API testing tools (Postman), and familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) used by NeGD for hosting micro‑services.
