The role of Associate Analyst – Executive Assistant Support is designed for fresh graduates or candidates with less than a year of administrative experience. You will act as a bridge between UK‑based Executive Assistants and the Deloitte ecosystem, handling expense claims, travel itineraries, meeting logistics, and service‑now ticket management. The position offers a structured onboarding program, mentorship from senior analysts, and exposure to global processes, preparing you for future roles such as Executive Assistant, Operations Analyst, or Business Process Lead. Key Responsibilities: 1. Submit expense claims and reconcile American Express statements for UK partners using Deloitte’s finance tools. 2. Book meeting rooms, arrange travel itineraries, and manage calendar requests in line with Deloitte travel policy. 3. Respond promptly to ad‑hoc queries from Executive Assistants and other stakeholders. 4. Log and resolve tickets via the ESS Service Portal (ServiceNow) adhering to best‑practice guidelines. 5. Maintain quality assurance by filing all deliverables and correspondence in designated Microsoft Teams folders. 6. Update SOPs, process maps, and SIPOCs whenever procedural changes occur. 7. Act as out‑of‑office contact, handling client email flow during senior directors’ absences. 8. Build and nurture relationships with key client Executive Assistants and internal partners. 9. Provide coverage during holidays and sickness, ensuring uninterrupted support. 10. Participate in ad‑hoc projects for senior directors and associate partners, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. Tech Stack & Tools: Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Microsoft Teams, ServiceNow (ESS Service Portal), Deloitte expense management systems, travel booking platforms, and basic knowledge of data reconciliation tools. Growth Path: Starting as an Associate Analyst, high performers can progress to Senior Analyst, Team Lead, or specialize as an Executive Assistant for senior leadership.
