Build and ship AI‑first features using large language models for matching, ranking, and conversational flows. 2. Design and implement automation pipelines for recruitment, onboarding, and operational workflows. 3. Work with large, messy real‑world datasets; clean, preprocess, and engineer features for scalability. 4. Experiment with prompt engineering, fine‑tuning, evaluation frameworks, and agent‑based workflows. 5. Develop APIs, scripts, and prototypes quickly to validate ideas. 6.
