As a technical sales‑ops analyst, you will design, develop, and deploy automation solutions that streamline operational processes across US SME channels. You will partner closely with sales, marketing, technology, and analytics stakeholders to translate business challenges into data‑driven, automated workflows that reduce manual effort, improve accuracy, and surface actionable insights. Key Responsibilities: 1. Design and implement end‑to‑end automations for operational processes across US SME sales channels. 2. Collaborate with SME Sales, AD organization, Oneforce Capabilities, Tech, Control Management, and CEG to ensure alignment and successful rollout. 3. Develop data pipelines and models using Python, SQL, Hive, and PySpark to extract, transform, and load large datasets. 4.
