The team partners with business units to design and execute sourcing strategies, build talent pools and meet aggressive hiring targets. As a fresh graduate, you will get hands‑on exposure to the end‑to‑end recruitment lifecycle, from requisition creation to onboarding, while working alongside seasoned recruiters and talent acquisition specialists. Key responsibilities include: 1. Create and manage job requisitions in the recruitment system. 2. Build and nurture talent communities for both active and passive candidates. 3. Source candidates using job boards, Boolean searches, social media, Google Ads and offline channels. 4. Screen resumes, conduct preliminary assessments and shortlist candidates. 5. Schedule and coordinate interview panels, ensuring a smooth candidate experience. 6. Facilitate reference checks, background verifications and onboarding formalities. 7.
