The Business Analyst 4A role sits within Genpact’s Technology Advisory practice, where analysts partner with clients to evaluate, design and implement technology investments that drive measurable business outcomes. The position is remote‑first but anchored to the Pritech Park campus in Bangalore, allowing collaboration with cross‑functional teams across finance, healthcare, insurance and capital markets. As a fresher, you will be mentored by senior consultants and exposed to the end‑to‑end lifecycle of technology projects, from market research to solution rollout. Key responsibilities include: conducting technological assessments; developing business cases for technology investments; analysing market trends and industry best practices; providing recommendations for technology solutions; collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements; assisting in implementation and integration of technology systems; supporting evaluation of vendor proposals; preparing and presenting reports to senior management; and contributing to knowledge‑sharing forums within the practice. The role leverages tools such as SQL, Tableau/Power BI, Python for data manipulation, and collaboration platforms like JIRA and Confluence.
