Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage inbound client requests through telephone and email, logging all relevant details in the RAVE ticketing system. 2. Diagnose and troubleshoot product‑related issues, guiding users step‑by‑step to resolution. 3. Maintain accurate records of each interaction, including problem description, actions taken and final outcome. 4. Escalate complex or high‑priority cases to the Team Leader in accordance with defined escalation matrices. 5. Update and contribute to internal knowledge bases, FAQs and self‑help documents to improve future resolution times. 6. Monitor daily case volume and strive to meet or exceed the target number of cases resolved per day. 7. Participate in product training sessions and continuous learning initiatives to stay current with new features and updates. 8. Provide feedback on recurring issues and suggest process improvements to enhance overall service quality. 9. Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, data privacy norms and legal guidelines during all client interactions. 10. Conduct follow‑up calls or emails to capture client feedback and verify satisfaction post‑resolution. Tech Stack & Tools: RAVE ticketing system, Microsoft Office Suite, basic knowledge of retail banking applications, CRM platforms, and standard communication tools (email, VoIP). Familiarity with troubleshooting methodologies and documentation standards is essential.
