As a fresher analyst, you will work closely with senior data scientists, sales strategists, and technology teams to turn raw sales and market data into actionable insights. You will help optimize end‑to‑end sales processes, support the rollout of sales enablement tools, and contribute to forecasting and budgeting activities that drive commercial performance. Key Responsibilities: 1. Analyze sales, market, and customer data to uncover trends and provide data‑driven recommendations. 2. Monitor and continuously improve sales processes, identifying bottlenecks and proposing automation solutions. 3. Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to align on targets, campaigns, and performance metrics. 4. Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports using Excel, Power BI, or Tableau. 5. Build VBA macros and Excel models to automate repetitive reporting tasks. 6. Support the implementation and adoption of sales enablement tools (e.g., CRM, sales analytics platforms). 7. Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and scenario analysis for commercial planning. 8. Conduct root‑cause analysis for performance gaps and suggest corrective actions. 9. Participate in cross‑functional workshops employing design thinking and agile methodologies. 10. Document process changes and ensure knowledge transfer across teams.
