As an OTM Techno-Functional Consultant, you will work with global customers to implement, configure, support, and enhance Oracle Transportation Management solutions that optimize logistics and supply chain operations. Key Responsibilities: • Learn Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) functionality, business processes, and best practices. • Assist in requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment activities. • Support production issues, incident resolution, and enhancement requests. • Prepare functional specifications, technical documentation, and user guides. • Collaborate with business users, technical teams, and project stakeholders. • Participate in system integration, data validation, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). • Continuously learn emerging Oracle Cloud and Supply Chain technologies. • Leverage AI tools to improve productivity, documentation, analysis, testing, and solution development.
